Frequently Asked Questions
Each service has a varied timeline, but for a generalized overview, you can expect the following:
- Branding only projects: 1-1.5 weeks from start to finish
- Branding with website design (bundle): 3-3.5 weeks from start to finish
- Website design & development: 2-3 weeks from start to finish
- Branding with website design and copywriting (bundle): 5-8 weeks from start to finish
- Membership design: *apply for a custom timeline estimation
- Social media management: 6 month minimum required
We like to keep things as simple as possible – you’ll fill out an inquiry form to initiate our process. From there, we’ll reach out to you via email (super fast!) to schedule a discovery call to discuss your project more in detail. If we move forward, you’ll receive an official proposal, contract and initial invoice to begin working together!
Yes! This is something we value at Chloe Creative – providing accessible ways to invest in your business. That said, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your timeline on our calendar. Afterward, you can choose to split up your project in 2, 3, 4 or 5 monthly payments depending on the type of project you’ve booked us for.
This depends on the type of project you’d book us for, but for branding projects the only additional cost you’d run into are font licenses. There are times where we choose unique fonts used in your branding that require you to purchase a license to use it. We are very mindful of this price and keep all under $30 for lifetime licenses.
For website projects, you’d be responsible for purchasing your domain and hosting plan, your website platform subscription and any plugins added onto a WordPress website.
We have a process that has been perfected over the span of 6 years. That said, we’ve created and altered our intake form to cover different areas of your business to ensure we understand exactly what you’re looking for and who you target. You’ll also be getting on a kickoff call with Chloe to further explain your thoughts and wishes.
Our favorite platform to work in is WordPress, but we understand this isn’t always the best options for businesses. We also work in Squarespace, Showit and Shopify. Aren’t sure what platform is best for you? We’ll discuss this on our discovery call, make our professional recommendation and leave the final decision up to you!
We love supporting clients post-project, which is why at the end of every project, you’ll gain access into a private support form. Using that form, you can request new branded items, updates to your website, added pages or any one-off tasks at a discounted rate.
