EEEP – I know I say every project is one of my favorites but this one is actually ONE of my absolute favorite websites I’ve ever made. The organic textures of it are to die for AND the meaning behind this brand is absolutely *chefs kiss*. This Massachusetts dietitian also had some Swedish roots incorporated into her brand that we loved!
Let’s dive into the details of this project:
The owner, Maria came to us with an existing brand and website in place – she blogged frequently, but felt her design was lacking. She also wanted to add more “words” onto her website to showcase her services alongside the recipes.
Project Type:
- Branding
- Website Design
- Copywriting
- Social Media Templates
Maria booked us for a branding, website and copywriting project with social media templates as an add-on. This is our top-tier services that is the most hands-off with the most deliverables and premium experience.
As always in our portfolio blogposts, I want to walk you through some background details about the clients business/themselves to better understand the creation behind the brand:
- Maria has been blogging in her private practice alongside teaching at a local university for the past four years.
- Her goal is to help people eat freely, without restrictions, diet, guilt or shame.
- Focusing on letting go of the diet mentality.
- “Hälsa” means “health” in Swedish (it also means “to greet”)
- She’s Swedish
- Targets 30-55 year old females in the Boston area
As you’ll notice, Maria’s brand really incorporates a lot of her Swedish roots – from the Nordic-inspired lettering to the Swedish concepts themselves. We were OBSESSED.
Showit Website Design for This Massachusetts Dietitian
We moved her website over to Showit in order to have full-fun with the design but also keep all of her blogs within WordPress – everything on that front is still the same, but the front-end is so much more aesthetic and functional for the user experience.
Something that almost all dietitians request is a Recipe Index – this is a page that houses all different types of recipes in one area. It’s much better than just showcasing different categories of your blog because you are able to see them all within one page versus all separately. It also helps users to see the possibility of where they can go on your website to find more and more recipes!
You can view Maria’s website HERE – if you’re located on the east coast and are a dietitian, reach out to us via the form on our contact page or booking a discovery call. We only have ONE May timeline left!
