Interior Designer, Branding and Showit Website Design

Let’s chat about this beautiful branding and Showit website design for this interior designer. Ashley, owner of Sweet Southern Home and Design, came to me wanting to “fix” her entire brand. She felt stuck behind a branding that didn’t catch the eye of her ideal client. Sweet Southern Home and Design already had a website, but it’s functionality was very low, that Ashley barely even directed clients to it.

She wanted this to change.

We began with branding discovery — diving into her personality, how her business began and her ideal client. All of these things come into play when we develop a custom-created branding for your business.

After a very tough round of choices (because we were obsessed with all designs!), we created a branding that made her feel confident.

Once brand discovery was completed, we moved forward with a custom Showit website design. Showit is honestly one of my favorite platforms to build on, solely because of its ease of use — but also, it’s perfect for gallery and portfolio based clients. AKA — a big win for my service based biz owner Ashley!

Her new website features a lot of portfolio-based elements. Right when you land on her site, you are greeted with an automatic slider full of gorgeous images of her recent projects.

One of the most exciting (and relieving) things we implemented on her website was a Dubsado contact form. If y’all have been around for a while, you know Dubsado has been one of the first things I invested in, in my business. It’s my GAMECHANGER for forms, intake, contracts, invoices. All the things.

I spoke with Ashley and we set her up an account! We quickly embedded a form on her site, so now, potentially clients can easily book her for interior decorating as easy as that!

The last thing we implemented was an FAQs page which she felt would be very essential for her ideal client to read before booking with her — it has a super interactive functionality; you’ll click the question to see the answer!

You can view her live website, here. Designing for an interior designer was honestly a dream — as a designer, we have those specific clients we consider “passion” projects, and this was definitely one of them!

Hope you enjoy reading about this fun project! I highly encourage you to visit it, and see her amazing portfolio.
